J.Gentile is a contemporary artist and native Phoenician in Arizona, USA by four generations. Her vision and art focus on spiritual concepts that overlay an atmosphere that is abstracted with a touch of surrealism. Such a process consists in artistic translation, established by an open dialogue between form and spirit. This is made possible by communication and understanding through visual perception. Gentile's work can be closely compared to that of automatic writing, but rather translated into pictures instead of words. During her paintings she is able to climb to deep levels within the subconscious to reveal revelations and messages from the spiritual world. Gentile's choice of medium is acrylic and at times uses mixed media for various displays of texture. She is constantly pushing her creative boundaries in order to find new ways to enhance her artistic horizon and to further her spiritual evolution.

Since 2007, Gentile has led a life fully devoted to the arts. She has shown her work through various galleries and art exhibits within the United States. Gentile has been awarded the 1st International Donatello prize for international emerging artists and published in Contemporary Celebrity Masters for new and upcoming artists from around the world. Gentile's goal is to reach the curious mind and heart of the observer by communicating through the windows of the soul. She is planning on achieving such a goal by expanding her reach to exhibit around the world.
